Darshana Lathigra is a dietician, fitness consultant and life coach. After her graduation in Food and Nutrition from SNDT women’s University in Mumbai, she did her post-graduation in Dietetics. She then moved to the UK, where she trained in Fitness Management with specialized courses in Exercise on Prescription, Circuit Training, Nutrition and Weight management, ante and post-natal fitness training and Cardiac Rehabilitation. |
